Meet Our Chef's
Working behind the scenes in our kitchen is a team of passionate chefs committed to providing you with fresh, healthy, and exciting menu items.
Marcos and Tracy Rios are the owners and operators of The Chief’s Cantina. Marc spent 20 years, 4 months and 10 days in the United States Navy. After he retired in 2007, the power couple relocated to Florida, at which time Tracy took a job as a middle school math teacher and Marc worked as a corporate manager. However, as a set of self starters the two had greater dreams to own and operate a business that would bring there vision of culinary excellence and top tier customer service to a greater audience. From that moment of entrepreneurship, they started their first business.
