This is a truck specialty item you will not find “bean soup” like this anywhere. Made with tons of bacon, smoked sausage, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños and Serrano peppers, cilantro, and pinto beans.

Corn, tajin chili mixture, cotija cheese, and mayonnaise. 

Chips and Salsa

Fresh made tortilla chips and truck made salsa. 

Queso Fundido

A truck favorite, Chief’s truck made queso sauce with chorizo and fresh made tortilla chips.
